Take once daily with water on an empty stomach (one hour before or after a meal), following the serving chart below for number of capsules according to body weight.

Body Weight No. of Capsules:

Up to 175lbs (79kg) = 3 capsules.

175 - 230lbs (79-104kg) = 4 capsules.

Over 230lbs (104kg) = 5 capsules.

Directions:

Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medications four hours before or after taking JF14. Caution: Pregnant or nursing women and persons with known medical conditions should consult with their physician before using. Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken.
